Visit Laurel in Santa Barbara de Heredia and learn many techniques and play with colors and design to ultimately paint your own canvas rug.

things you’ll learn
Laurel takes you on a walk to collect a variety of plants to learn how to paint and stamp. don’t worry, we do a lot of practice on painted canvas before you start your rug!
Next learn how to apply color with a wash
This is a fun way to make the background color and to give your canvas rug some life!
Next we learn to stamp!
Laurel has a large collection of stamps she’s made in the last 18 years., you may not use them but it’s fun to learn!
You can also trace designs!
Laurel has a collection of drawings you can use to trace onto your rug or placemats.
Laurel will varnish your canvas rug or your placemats and ship them to you. SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED
